Auction Scheduling changes

This is the new BPM auction scheduling effective from Mon, March 4th:

♦ Mondays 12PM - PLANED Gempandas/Mossms
♦ Wednesdays 12PM - JingJing auction
♦ Fridays 12PM - PLANED Gempandas/Mossms
♦ Saturdays 12PM - All Breedables auction
♦ Sundays 12PM - JingJing auction

The planed auctions will take place after the relaese of the Gempandas and Mossms ... just to show you already that we will have auctions for these breedables too :=))

Of course I hope to see ya all at the ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND starting tomorrow ... these are the events for this weekend:

• FRIDAY 12PM - DROP DOWN EVENT - it´s NEW it´s FUN it ROCKS ;=)
• Saturday 12PM - ALL BREEDABLES AUCTION - with a lot of specials for you and panels for only 1LS!!!
• Sunday 12PM - JINGJING AUCTION - with a lot of specials for you too and again panels for only 1LS!!!

About auctions Part III

Yesterday at the booshie auction we did talk about that already and I thought this is something I should also write down here ...

What are auctions for???

First of all - we want to sell our breedables. We do not need to discuss about THAT - we ALL want to earn some LS with our breedables.

But auctions are so much more. You can get to know new ppl for example - breeders like you, with the same interest and the same addiction to breedables ;=) That means making new friends ... but also exchange experience, learn some new things and and and ... or just have a nice talk and fun :=)

Another VERY important thing is - auctions are good to show what you do have. Means - even if you do have something very well traited or a new breed - and even if it is not sold - don´t cry - it was not wasted time. You did show others what you do have - that you do have good stuff, new breeds ... ppl DO notice that - trust me.
Not selling just means - your seller as not been at THIS auction. But now others know YOU are the one with the new breed or very well traited ones ... they will tell their friends ... and in that way you may sell your stuff later on cause ppl come to you, talk to you, ask you about your breedables.
Or - come back to the next auction and try it again. Now ppl know what you do have - they even know what you do want for it - so they can save their money and buy it next time.

So auctions are NEVER a loose - they are always a WIN. Even if you do not sell your stuff - you DID win - you won new friends or just new attention. Keep this in mind ... auctions ARE good even if it does not look like at the first sight ;=)

Please allow me to point out the following:
-Please refrain from bringing in starter pets without traits ... in times of a lot of new traits and breeds on the grid these will hardly sell and bringing them to the auction only steals your money and the time of us all (I know this sounds arrogant and hard - but I also want to make sure YOU do SELL your stuff - so I think - better tell ppl ...)
- Please refrain from putting two Jings of the same gender or sibling on one panel ... make sure you read the updated auction rules (they are given to you when you rent).

About auctions Part II

In the last weeks we did have some ppl at the auctions who made me think of a lot of things I take for normal ... at least so far I thought these things are normal to everybody ... but ... I may be wrong? But on the other side I think these things are locial and I feel that stupid by writing them down here now .. so maybe these ppl just want to have me on???

Whatever ... I write them down - you can decide if they are normal or if it is indeed like - UH WHAT? Never thought of THAT... So here we go:

♦ Traited or untraited breedables at auctions ...
Of course - the better a breedable is, the better it will sell. Means - more traits mean more money. But also of course you CAN try to sell untraited ones too. But then they should be a good breed - or have a good background.
But ... starter breedables at auctions? No traits on them ... and no background neither. Well okay - with a lot of breedables we know - starters can give you anything. But on the other hand - every auctionhouse has a minimum starting bid you HAVE to start with. When the starter breedables is sold for less all over the markets - what sense makes it to put it out at an auction with a higher starting bid than the "market price"?

♦ Mixed breeds on one panel ...
We have the mixed auctions - all breedable auctions. Sure - ANY kind of breedable is welcome at this auction. We love to show all the different breedables that are on the grid, we love to discover new ones too ... this is ONE reason why we do these auctions.
But ... different breedables on one panel? I mean ... do want to SELL my stuff - or just show what I do have? For example - a bear and a dog on one panel ... errr - sorry?
Same thing with:

♦ Siblings or pair of one gender on one panel ...
Selling more than one breedable at one panel is always difficult (even if ppl sometimes try to sell breedable "packs" of 4 or even more - in more than 2 years that I am doing breedables now I HARDLY saw these packs selling). That´s why we have the rule "only two breedables per panel". But ... with two different breeds on one panel, siblings of breedables with NO inbreed possible or two of the same gender ... mhhhhhh ... again - do I want to sell - or just show my stuff?

Well ... in my whole time I am going to and doing auctions as breeder and also as auctioneer I never did things like putting out starters when new breeds are on the grid - or different kind of breedables on one panel - or siblings.... cause this just never came to my mind so far.
Now since the last few all breedable auctions I am busy to keep ppl away from doing exactly THIS ... and this was why I was starting to think ... is normal for me unnormal for others? Or even - do I think in a wrong way?
Would love if you can tell me what YOU do think about this all ....

UPDATE of auction rules

Today we did an update of your auctions rules ... funny that we have to write down things that should be totally normal (and well they are for most of our customers - thank god ;=) ... but still there seem to be some ppl how just do not or do not want to know these things ....

♦ Only two breedables per panel maximum.
- It´s just because you do sell better if you do not put out a whole pack of 4 or more breedables nobody does want ...

♦ If you put out two pets they have to be a breeding pair.
- Who wants to buy a pair of guys - we know our breedables are not gay ;=)

♦ NO STARTER KITS or STARTER PACKS on the panels.
- An auction is something where breeders sell their breedables - should not be promotion for creators. If you want to promote your creations get in contact with Cordelia Serenity.

♦ Only two panels per person maximum.
- Makes just no sense if we have 15 panels but only 2 ppl in the house ... you do not want to buy your own stuff, don´t you?
IF you really need one more panel - talk to me first - it is not a problem to allow a third one - but just not without talking to me first please.

♦ No sick animals are allowed
- I never thought I need to point THAT out .. but ... well - we did have it. Sick animals will be removed WITHOUT any warnings - you can replace them with healthy ones but I will not allow sick pets on the panels - and it is senseless anyway - who in heaven wants to buy sick pets?

♦ 10% of sale amount goes as auctioneer tip
- Cause this is the way auctioneer and callers are being paid ... and it is mandatory.

♦ Be at the auctionhouse 10 mins before start - LATEST!
- It is just annoying when ppl pop in during the auction and of course - if you want to sell something you should be there to set it for sale!
If there is a reason why you might be late - tell me! We can handle everything - but only if I KNOW about it.
If you are NOT at the auctionhouse when we start with the auction ALL your panels will be skiped and your stuff returned.

If there is anything - no matter what- you can ALWAYS talk to me ... I try to help everybody ... but if ppl try to play tricks, disturb the auctions or bother my customers I CAN be a real bitch and I will NOT allow ANYBODY messing up the auctions or the market.

DWARFINS AUCTION TODAY

Today at noon we will try for another DWARFINS AUCTION ... I KNOW you have some really nice birthrocks and lives you want to sell ... so why not trying it with an auction to get the best price for it?

Panels are already available - make sure to grab yours in time.
