About auctions Part III

Yesterday at the booshie auction we did talk about that already and I thought this is something I should also write down here ...

What are auctions for???

First of all - we want to sell our breedables. We do not need to discuss about THAT - we ALL want to earn some LS with our breedables.

But auctions are so much more. You can get to know new ppl for example - breeders like you, with the same interest and the same addiction to breedables ;=) That means making new friends ... but also exchange experience, learn some new things and and and ... or just have a nice talk and fun :=)

Another VERY important thing is - auctions are good to show what you do have. Means - even if you do have something very well traited or a new breed - and even if it is not sold - don´t cry - it was not wasted time. You did show others what you do have - that you do have good stuff, new breeds ... ppl DO notice that - trust me.
Not selling just means - your seller as not been at THIS auction. But now others know YOU are the one with the new breed or very well traited ones ... they will tell their friends ... and in that way you may sell your stuff later on cause ppl come to you, talk to you, ask you about your breedables.
Or - come back to the next auction and try it again. Now ppl know what you do have - they even know what you do want for it - so they can save their money and buy it next time.

So auctions are NEVER a loose - they are always a WIN. Even if you do not sell your stuff - you DID win - you won new friends or just new attention. Keep this in mind ... auctions ARE good even if it does not look like at the first sight ;=)
